Hello

My name is Lois and I live in Perth, Scotland. I am a self taught, hobby baker and enjoy making celebration cakes or cupcakes which have been produced to individual requirements.

I have provided bespoke sugar craft designs as toppers for celebration cakes or cupcakes to those who enjoy baking but not confident with decoration. Additionally I have created sugar craft centre pieces for those special occasions.

I have completed a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
